The harm that has been done to you and your family deserves to be heard.
This platform exists so that parents, carers, and young people with lived experience of harm within the SEND system can speak openly about what has happened — whether within mainstream school, special provision, EOTAS, or through contact with your Local Authority.
You can choose to share your experience anonymously or with your name. Both options are valid.
Your statement will be read and moderated before being published if consent has been given.
We will never publish personal details of your child, or the names of individual staff members. This is about systems, not personal attacks.
Your submission helps:
• make patterns visible
• build a record of systemic harm
• create evidence that can be shown to professionals, journalists, MPs and government
There is no right or wrong voice here.
Plain language is welcome.
Your experience becomes part of a collective record.

Personal names of your child, family members, school staff or other identifiable individuals will not be published. If you choose to share your own name, it will only be published if you have given explicit permission.
